Factory Reset for LG webOS 3.0

Press and hold the settings button until a small box with a chat icon appears. Quickly press 0 0 0 0 OK to open the Signage Settings menu. This can take a few tries. 

Press the —> button (rightarrow) to enter the submenu of the Signage Setup menu. 

Scroll all the way down until you see the Factory Reset option. Click OK and Confirm. 

The monitor will turn off. Turn the monitor back on and you should start in the Language & Country selection menu. Continue with step 1.
